Best wishes for this Anna. I'm from New Zealand and can totally relate to the tall poppy syndrome. I live in the USA now where that's not a thing and though I'm still very connected to my roots I also get value from the saying " if you're going to lead the orchestra, you must turn your back to the crowd". Congratulations on your launch and for choosing to be a tall poppy!

Hi Anna,

I love the look of this as someone with a LOT of ideas! I am founder of a small-medium sized business with a team of 20 and 100 subcontractors. We have CRMs, use Trello and I have a PA (currently on mat leave) but I still struggle so much with where my focus should be going. My role as founder is to support my leadership team with coaching, ensure financials are on track, leading strategy. But I also have a big personal brand on LinkedIn, do speaking and podcasts and this year I want to do more things (like growing my personal/ non work brand on substack), spend more time writing and just continue to do things that light me up. Your OS seems to be for solopreneurs, would you think I’d get benefit from it? Thank you!! 🙏🙏

Great question! The short answer is yes. It's designed specifically for people who are managing many tasks/projects/businesses/types of work. It isn't built to manage team members, but if you are using this as your personal workspace and operating system alongside your existing business tools and workflows, then that's perfect.

The OS will help you manage all your personal founder tasks (strategy, leadership and team management, financials etc.) in a private space that's not accessible by the rest of your team. The idea capture system, personal brand and content hub will streamline all of your content creation, and there's also a place to manage your long form writing (eg. Substack). You can also easily add team members (eg. your PA) to the OS and customise their permissions so that you can delegate tasks if you need to.

There may be some areas that aren't relevant to you (eg. Sales & Business Development, Positioning) but Notion is fully customisable so you can archive whatever you don't need, and tweak/build upon the areas that you do. I can also help with this if you need :)

In short - it will absolutely help with organisation, streamlining workflow, reducing busy work and context switching, and creating more time for creativity and things you enjoy!

Hi Anna, I love what you've put together here. I feel this could be really useful for me but I don't know if my business fits the model. I'm a yoga teacher and health and wellbeing podcaster and I want 2025 to be an awesome year. I know my planning or organisation needs a boot up the butt and your OS looks amazing. However, I'm worried I'll buy it but then freak out and not use it. Any words of advice you can share? Thanks, Leah

Hey Leah,

Lovely to connect with you and thanks for the question ❤️

You definitely sound like you have a portfolio career and are juggling multiple projects so the OS will be perfect for helping you get organised and operate at a higher level!

I totally get your fear around buying it and then getting overwhelmed and not implementing (especially as there's a lot in there, including all the training videos and templates/examples etc.) but what I'd say is that the OS is designed to be completely flexible and customisable, and you don't need to use every feature from day 1.

As part of the onboarding process I walk you through 4 key steps to set up your Daily Dashboard (the best part of the OS) and even if that's the only thing that you use it for in the beginning, it will be game changing in terms of helping you get everything out of your head, organised, clear and systemised.

I think of the OS as a framework and way of working, rather than a rigid system you must follow to a tee. It's more about giving you structure and direction, rather than being something strict and prescriptive. I designed it to make taking action and being productive easy, so you can focus on the fun, strategic and creative work.

Let me know if you have any more Qs! I hope that helps x
