Anna, can you say more about this one: “Posting daily, ghosting immediately”? Posting what where, and ghosting what, when?

I'm posting on most channels - Substack, LinkedIn, Tiktok and Instagram - daily (not all daily but at least once on a platform daily). I post and then turn my phone off and move onto another task, so I'm not wasting time loitering online afterwards and wondering if it will resonate. Post and ghost!

Me too gf. I always focus on new habits to cultivate, with goals being secondary. I still have them but they're more directional than anything else xx

Taking sales calls standing up (shoutout to my new standup desk) so I can move freely, strengthen my posture, have better energy and improve my vibes.

For me, it's this takeaway that "Taking sales calls standing up" - yes!! I do my best work - reflecting, thinking, ideating when my body is moving and in flow. As someone who also does somatic work, I'm a huge fan of grounding, with both feet on the ground. Thank you!
